Available Analytics Plus Service Packs

Find your current build number and verify the correct PPM file before executing your environment upgrade. Certain older build numbers require sequential multi-step upgrades.

If your build number is Upgrade Path
Build 6200 to 6230

Download service pack 6300 and follow the upgrade procedure to advance to build 6300.

Build 5500 and below

ManageEngine has announced end of technical support for Analytics Plus build 5500 and below, effective from September 15, 2025. If you're using any of these older builds, please reach out to info@optrics.com for instructions to upgrade.

Service Pack Installation Steps

  1. Shut down ManageEngine Analytics Plus. If you are running it as a Windows service, stop the service.

    Note: If you're using Analytics Plus to analyze data from ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus or OpManager via the tight integration option, we strongly recommend you stop your ServiceDesk Plus/OpManager application down as well while upgrading.
  2. We highly recommend you backup your Analytics Plus installation before proceeding. To back up your data, navigate to the <Analytics_Plus_Home>\bin directory from the Command Prompt or Terminal and execute the backupDB.bat or backupDB.sh file.
  3. Execute the UpdateManager.bat (on Windows) or UpdateManager.sh (on Linux) file located in the <Analytics_Plus_Home>\bin directory.
  4. Click the Browse button in the Update Manager tool and select the downloaded ServicePack PPM file.
  5. Click Install to install the Service Pack. This may take several minutes depending on the data size. Please do not cancel the process midway.
  6. Click Close and then Exit.
  7. Restart your ManageEngine Analytics Plus server. Wait to ensure everything is operating correctly, and then you may optionally start ServiceDesk Plus or OpManager.

How to locate my existing Analytics Plus build number

  • Open your Analytics Plus application.
  • Click the Help icon and choose About from the drop-down. You can find your present build number in the pop-up that appears.
