Important Upgrade Notes

  • We strongly recommend moving to the latest version: Firewall Analyzer 12.8 (Build 12.8.636) released on March 05, 2026.
  • If you are using a previous build, please carefully follow the upgrade path mentioned in the table above to reach the latest build safely.
  • End of Support Note: An end of support has been announced for Firewall Analyzer versions 6.x, 7.x, 8.x, and builds 12000 through 12200.

How do I find out my Build number?

  1. In the web client, click on the Administrator/User icon in the top right corner of the page.
  2. Search for the Build Number among the product details listed in the About tab.

Post Migration Check

Always clear the web browser cache before trying to access the web client after a successful service pack upgrade.
