Service Pack Installation Steps

How to apply the service pack?

  1. Choose your upgrade path
  2. Download the appropriate PPM file
  3. Apply it in OpUtils
  4. Restart OpUtils

Pre-Upgrade Steps (Windows)

  1. Download the RunPatchAsAdmin.zip file.
  2. Extract the contents to your <Install_Dir>/OpUtils/bin directory.
  3. Choose Yes to replace the existing RunPatchAsAdmin.bat file.

How can I find the build number of OpUtils?

  1. In the Web Client, select the Administrator icon at the top of the page.
  2. Search for the Build Number within the listed product details.

How do I locate the current version of OpUtils?

  1. In the Web Client, click the About link on the top right of the page.
  2. You should see the Release Version listed along with the build number.
